About the Owner

Hello, my name is David Brockman – Owner of Deep Clean. I've been in the cleaning industry since July 5th, 1996. I've got to tell you—I genuinely love helping customers with all kinds of cleaning and maintenance issues.

Over the decades, I've been to a lot of training classes and seminars. I've met some incredible people and built relationships with folks who really know their stuff.

One of those folks? Mr. Courtney Lee.

Courtney has completely changed the hardwood floor maintenance industry. And I was fortunate enough to meet him, train under him, and learn from him directly.

To this day, if I ever run into a weird issue or just have a question, Courtney is only a quick text or phone call away. His experience is absolutely invaluable to me.

And it doesn't stop there. Courtney also runs a private online hardwood group, and I'm a member. There are over 325 members in this group—from all over the country. We share issues, ideas, trends, solutions, and new approaches to all kinds of challenges. Some amazing folks are in that group, and their professional experiences have helped me more than I can say.

So here's the truth: If you decide to use my company's services, you're not just getting my decades of experience. You're getting Courtney's. And you're getting the knowledge of dozens of industry leaders from across the country.

Group of five people standing and observing a man kneeling on the floor working on a small project. Supplies and tools are spread out on the floor and a toolbox in the foreground.
Two men sitting inside a vehicle, smiling at the camera. The man on the left has gray hair and a beard, wearing a gray T-shirt with a logo. The man on the right is wearing a blue shirt, a baseball cap, and has a beard. The background shows part of a sign that reads 'MAY' and some windows.

I'll give you an example. This is a picture from a training session I attended in Atlanta with Courtney.

See those folks? They're investors. They own a multi-unit, high-end apartment complex in Buckhead. They had engineered hardwood floors installed—and six different subcontractors turned down the repair work. Why? Because replacing just a few boards was risky. The subcontractors were worried the rest of the flooring would shift and look terrible.

The alternative? Replace every engineered floor throughout the entire property.

The quote came back at $20 million dollars.

Needless to say, those investors were thrilled to find Courtney. The cost-saving solutions we worked on that day? Game-changing.

That day, I didn't just learn new skills. I had a real eye-opening experience about what hardwood floor maintenance can actually do—and the serious money it can save folks from full replacement.

That's what I bring to every single job I do.
